Our patrolling service offers a less invasive approach to photography management, with our trained stewards monitoring the event and responding to any unauthorised photography according to your chosen level of management.

We offer three levels — or we can work with you to create a bespoke approach that fits your event and guests.

Level 1 — Notify Our team monitors the event discreetly and notifies your appointed point of contact if a guest takes an unauthorised photograph. You remain in control of how it is handled. Ideal for clients who want to be kept informed without any direct intervention from our team.

Level 2 — Approach Our team calmly and politely approaches the guest and asks them to delete the photograph. This removes the burden from you entirely — no awkward conversations, no disruption to the event — handled quietly and professionally in real time.

Level 3 — Remove For clients with a zero-tolerance policy, our team approaches the guest and politely asks them to leave the event. This level is handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring the situation is resolved without disturbance to other guests.

Anti-Photography Phone Pouches

Our anti-photography phone pouches are the most thorough method of preventing unauthorised photography at your event. Administered to guests on arrival, each pouch covers the camera on their device for the duration of the event — while allowing full use of their screen, calls, and apps throughout.

Guests keep their phone with them at all times. The camera simply isn’t accessible until the pouch is removed at the end of the evening.

Our team remains present throughout the entire event to manage any pouch requirements as they arise — whether a guest needs their pouch temporarily removed to step outside, use the facilities, or leave early. On their return, the pouch is reapplied before they re-enter the hall. Nothing is left to chance.

For clients where confidentiality is an absolute priority, our patrolling service can be added alongside the pouch service. Our stewards monitor the event to ensure pouches are being worn correctly and provide an additional layer of oversight throughout — giving you complete confidence that your privacy policy is being upheld at every moment.
